Week 3
In Week 3, we had an assignment to create one-point perspective drawings using basic shapes. Initially, I thought this would be challenging, but it turned out to be more doable than I imagined. The concept of using a single vanishing point made it easier to understand how lines converge to create depth.
Working with simple shapes like squares and triangles helped me see how perspective can transform flat drawings into dynamic ones. I found that focusing on precision and alignment made the process straightforward and even enjoyable. Even when moving onto the more complex shapes, the basics I built really helped making it feel like a breeze. This exercise boosted my confidence in using perspective and inspired me to continue exploring its possibilities in my future designs.
