 Week 5-8: Exterior Moodboard, Watercolour, Building Sketches


For these few weeks, we mainly focused on designing the initial versions of our building exterior and also learning how to colour them using watercolour.



This is my first exterior mood-board. As we see, I took a lot of inspiration from more organic shapes and had a more neutral colour theme at first with the building in a more cylinder shape.



This were my drafts of the exterior sketches! The curved roof of the building was meant to emulate the way fabric drapes as a nod to making a textile museum.


This was my final watercolour of the building!
